The Law Office of Michael T. Pate, LLC is

criminal litigation. Mike has previously worked as an
Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore County.
He has also practiced in a litigation oriented firm
in Towson, Maryland where he worked in both civil
and criminal law. He has over 15 years
experience in criminal law and civil litigation.
He established his own practice in 2006.
While primarily based in Baltimore,
Mike handles cases in all of the twenty-three counties which
comprise of the State of Maryland. Mike is joined by
an able support staff to assist in obtaining the results
desired by the firm's clients in an effective yet
cost-efficient manner.
Mr. Pate's practice includes representation of

as criminal defense and banking law. Mike has
